It was one of the saddest days of our lives when we had to put our sweet Brigham to sleep. We had second thoughts hoping that he would snap out of it and get better but we quickly realized we were only being selfish and that we needed to let him go. It was just so unfair of us to expect him to continue suffering, you can see in his eyes that he was not happy and the pain for him was getting unbearable. We will never forget his sweet continence and the unconditional love he showed us. We will miss him for as long as we live and we may get other dogs but there will never be another one like our sweet boy. He will hold a special place in our hearts as our very first dog and we hope that our merciful Savior has prepared a place for him in Heaven and we can see him again someday. We love our Brigham and we miss him so much! Our home is not the same without him, we all feel so lonely and our home feels empty with him gone. We only hope he knew just how much we all loved him!

I thought about you all weekend, but with Brennin's fam taking up our time I could'nt come by,like I wanted to. I guess I could have called, but I am bad. I love you all and want you to know I am so sorry. It is weird how an animal becomes such a big part of your family I know I would miss my little shadow "Mia Tia". Ya dont think you will love them so much till you do. Big Hug and Kiss

I might have cried more than all all of the Roberts. My Moose is going to miss Brigham, too. He is certainly in doggy paradise, probably keeping Casper company:)
